What is PDF to HEIF?
HEIF (High Efficiency Image File Format) is a modern picture format that stores images in much less space than JPG at similar quality. Apple's HEIC files are the best-known kind of HEIF.
Use it when a tool or device asks for .heif files. Not every program can open them, so choose JPG or PNG if you are unsure.

Pages are drawn at 150 DPI and saved as HEIF at high quality. The file is encoded the same way as a HEIC file; only the extension is .heif.

Pages are named by number. Up to 5 pages come as separate files, 6 or more together in one ZIP.

The images are new files. Locked PDFs ask for the password first.
