Cookie Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

In short

  • One cookie of our own, for your guest session. The site needs it, so it is always on.
  • Google Analytics is off unless you allow it. Linking your usage to your guest session is also your choice. Neither uses an extra cookie of ours.
  • You can change your choice at any time.

1.Cookies we use

EnDocs AI sets one cookie of its own. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them. If you allow usage analytics, they use that same cookie and no new one.

2.Usage analytics

We keep general counts of how the site is used. These are stored without your guest session identifier, your IP address or the text of anything on the page, so they are not tied to you. If you allow analytics, the same events are linked to your guest session identifier from the cookie above, so we can see how one visitor uses the site over time. Neither sets a new cookie.

  • Which pages you open and when you leave them.
  • Links and buttons you click, links you hover over in the menu, and where on the page you click.
  • How long a page is actually in use (time stops while the tab is hidden or you are idle) and how far you scroll.
  • When you open the file picker, choose files (how many and their total size, not their names) and submit them, and which FAQ answers you open.
  • If you allow analytics: whether you installed EnDocs AI as an app on your device.

We never record the text of your documents or your chats. If you withdraw consent, we delete the events that were linked to your session. Linked events are deleted after 6 months, general counts after 3 months.

3.Browser storage

The site also keeps two items in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device.

  • endocs-cookie-consent: remembers your cookie choice.
  • endocs-storage: remembers which workspace and file you had open.

4.Your choices

Refusing analytics is as easy as accepting it, and you can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent stops linking your usage to your session, deletes the events that were linked to it, and removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

You can also block cookies in your browser. If you block the guest session cookie, EnDocs AI cannot keep your workspace and will not work.

5.Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google processes usage data for us as a service provider. See how Google uses data and Google's opt-out add-on.

6.Changes and contact

We will update this page if the cookies we use change. For how we handle personal data, see the Privacy Policy. Questions can go to support@endocsai.com.
