In short
EnDocs AI puts the pages of a PDF in the order you give, such as "move the last page to the front" or "swap pages 1 and 3". You can repeat a page or leave pages out. Pages are copied as they are, so nothing is re-compressed.

What it is
What is Organize PDF?
Organizing a PDF means changing the order of its pages. People do it to fix a scan that was fed in the wrong way round, to move a cover page to the front, or to put the sections of a report in a better order.
You describe the result in your own words. The new order can also repeat a page, which is useful for a page you want twice, or leave pages out, which works like deleting them.
Try saying
“Put the last page first and keep the rest in order.”
How to use it
Organize PDF in 3 steps
- 1
Upload your PDF
Drop your file in the box above or choose it from your device. No account is needed.
- 2
Say the new order
Type something like "move page 5 to the front", "swap pages 1 and 3" or "reverse the order of the pages".
- 3
Download the result
Your reordered PDF is ready. Download it, or keep working on it in the same workspace.
Behind the scenes
How your file is processed
- 01
Pages are copied, not redrawn
Each page keeps its text, images and layout exactly as it is. Only the order changes.
- 02
A full new order
The result follows the order you describe. A page you leave out is dropped, and a page you name twice appears twice.
- 03
Checked before work starts
If you name a page that does not exist, or the PDF is locked, you are told before anything is made, so you never get a half-finished file.
Your file stays yours
60 min
Files are deleted automatically about 60 minutes after upload, when your guest session ends.

Tips
Tips for better results
- 01
Count pages from 1, the way you read them. "Swap pages 2 and 4" is enough.
- 02
To remove pages as well, say so in the same instruction: "put page 3 first and drop page 2".
- 03
To take only some pages into a new file, use Extract Pages. To join files, use Merge PDF.
