In short

What it is
What is PDF to HEIC?
HEIC is the photo format of iPhones, iPads and Macs. It keeps good quality at about half the file size of a JPG, which is why Apple devices use it.
Use it when you want pages that open natively in Photos on Apple devices, or when a workflow asks for HEIC. Many Windows programs and older websites cannot open it, so choose JPG or PNG for those.
Try saying
“Convert every page of this PDF to HEIC.”
